A resident led initiative to upgrade and rejuvenate the front and central gardens to this Grade 2 listed private apartment block in central London designed by Erno Golfinger. Among the key requirements on the brief is to provide a range of spaces, some of which need to encourage opportunities for social interaction and strengthen a better sense of community.
